He is founder and co-owner of American Medical Concepts, the largest multi-specialty Orthopedic and Neuro-spine distribution business in the Northwestern part of the United States. He also co-founded and is an owner of Synergy Medical systems, one of the premier DME businesses in the country.
Rob sits on the boards of Sagacity Media, Crosscurrent Inc., is a board member of Portland Center Stage and has sat on the Presidents Council of Stryker Corporation, the largest Orthopediccompany in the world. He is also a consultant to Glenview Capital on Wall Street for Healthcare. He has made over twenty angel and venture investments in his career and has a deep understanding of start-ups and growing companies.
Rob studied at the University of Washington and has two children. He has a passion for the arts, sports, travel and business.

Mahesh Mansukhani has over 18 years of experience leading international businesses both within and outside of healthcare, including leading a $1.1B revenue global business unit at DuPont for three years (Tyvek®). Mahesh also spent three years heading up Global Marketing and Sales Effectiveness for the company, an initiative that yielded over $1bn in revenue gains through the upgrading of Marketing and Sales personnel and processes across all thirty of DuPont’s business units.
Most recently, Mahesh served as President at Össur (2008-2013). Össur is the second largest global manufacturer of non-invasive Orthopedic and Prosthetic devices ($500M in sales), with over 20% market share. While leading Össur, Mahesh grew the business organically in a down-market, and made multiple acquisitions that expanded Össur’s reach into new growth markets and service areas. As a member of the Executive Team, Mahesh also participated in the IPO of Össur on the Danish NASDAQ. In his time at Össur, Mahesh worked closely with the US regulatory departments and Medicare to gain new reimbursement codes for a new class of powered Prosthetic devices now gaining popularity in the US.
Mahesh has also worked as a Management Consultant for AlixPartners (turn-around restructuring), Answerthink/Hackett and Capital Consulting & Research, the former strategic consulting arm of Young and Rubicam.
Mahesh currently serves as a Board Director on the Executive Team for the Amputee Coalition (AC), which represents the 1.9 million amputees in the US. He leads a number of initiatives for the AC, one of which is to ensure all amputees have access to Mental Health professionals to assist with the psychological aspects of limb loss.He is also the CEO of sBioMed LLC.
Mahesh gained his M.B.A. from Yale University, an M.Phil. Finance from Warwick Business School in the UK, and an M.A. in Multinational Accounting and Finance from the University of Reading in the UK. He has three children and owns the world’s largest collection of gifted but never-worn polo shirtsthat are in mint condition.

Avanindra Chaturvedi (A.V) brings a wealth of Finance and Operations experience with companies of various sizes, public and private, in both non-regulated and regulated industries including healthcare. This includes 17 years with multiple businesses of Motorola Inc. in the semiconductors and life sciences industries and in corporate finance, both overseas and within the U.S.
Avanindra was most recently Vice President and CFO of Össur Americas, the second largest manufacturer of non-invasive Orthopedic and Prosthetic devices from 2009 till 2013. Prior to Össur, Avanindra was Founder/CEOof a renewable energy start-up to integrate established technologies and create electricity and fertilizer from organic waste streams, and held senior finance and operations role for a bio-tech startup, acquired by Motorola Inc. for $300m in 2000, to commercialize electro-chemical DNA detection technology.
In previous years, Avanindra held assignments in Motorola and elsewhere such as Corporate Controller for India, in charge of compliance, internal control and shared services, Asia-Pac Director for Financial Processes, responsible for the creation of a global shared services center in China using the Oracle platform, Financial Systems Manager for a global semiconductor business implementing SAP for financial accounting, consolidation, supply chain and order to cash, General Accounting Manager at a $1.5B semiconductor wafer start-up joint venture with Siemens AG, and other positions involving accounting, financial consolidation and reporting, budgeting, analytics and an IPO.
Avanindra has an M.B.A in Finance /Financial Systems from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, India, and an accounting degree from Delhi University, India.
